HAPPY EASTER! On this Octave Day of Easter, the Second Sunday of Easter, the Church celebrates Divine Mercy Sunday. It is based on the devotion to the Divine Mercy that Saint Faustina reported as part of her encounter with Jesus as recorded in her diary.
The Divine Mercy Novena concludes today at 3:00 P.M. with a Holy Hour and Benediction. All are invited to participate.
This weekend, the second collection will be for the Catholic Home Missions Appeal. Nearly half of our country is considered mission territory. Over forty (40%) percent of all Catholic dioceses in the United States are considered mission territory because they
are unable to fund basic pastoral services like Mass, the sacraments, and religious education. Your donations support religious education programs, seminary
formation, and lay ministry training to build vibrant faith communities and strengthens the Church at home in the United States.
High School students in Confirmation preparation are reminded that we will gather on Tuesday, April 30th at 6:00 P.M. for ADORATION. All students in Phase I and II are required to attend.
Our monthly Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will be on Wednesday, May 1st. Adoration begins at 1:00 P.M. and concludes with Benediction at 6:00 P.M.
First Communion practice will be on Saturday, May 4th in church from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. First Communion will be on Sunday, May 5th at the 11:00 A.M. Mass.
