27th Sunday in Ordinary Time

Dear Parishioners;

Each October the Church in the United States celebrates Respect Life Month, and the first Sunday in October is observed as Respect Life Sunday. The theme this year for Respect Life is: “Christ our Hope: In every season of Life. “

As Catholics we are called to cherish, defend, and protect those most vulnerable, from the beginning of life to its end, and at every point in between. During the month of October, the Church asks us to reflect more deeply on the dignity of every human life.

All parishioners are invited to the Rosary Procession on Sunday, October 13 th immediately following the 8:00 A.M. Mass. For those unable to walk in the procession, the Rosary will be prayed in Church.

The First Reconciliation Parent meeting will be on Monday, October 14 th at 7:00 P.M. in Church. At least one parent/guardian of students receiving First Reconciliation needs to attend the meeting. The meeting will last approximately one (1) hour.
