23rd Sunday in Ordinary Time

Dear Parishioners,

Monday is Labor Day. It will be quite different this year because of COVID-19. Let us pray for the men and women whose jobs have been impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic. We pray for their continued perseverance and determination as they continue to seek ways in which to participate in God’s creative work.

The second collection this weekend is for the Building Maintenance Fund.

St. Peter School Masses will resume on Wednesday, September 9 th at 8:15 A.M. Parishioners are welcomed to attend. School Masses will continue to be on Wednesday unless there is a change in school schedules.

Each year the Archdiocese offers the Sacrament of Reconciliation near the Feast of the Exaltation of the Cross. This year, confessions will be heard on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 from 5:00 P.M.- 6:30 P.M.

Religious education classes for students not attending a Catholic school will begin on Saturday, September 12. Please consult the calendar given to you at registration for class times.

High school of Religion classes begin on Sunday, September 13 th . Please consult the scheduled given to you at registration time for class times.

The second collection next weekend, September 12th and 13th will be for the religious education program in the parish.
